This 36 year old woman expressed to Dr. Fechner that she wished to reduce the prominence of her ears. She said she never felt “comfortable the way I look when my ears are exposed.” She had considered surgery for about 20 years. Dr. Fechner performed a Bilateral Otoplasty. The patient was very happy with her results and indicated a boost in self confidence.
