This 80 year old woman came to us with a desire to rejuvenate her aging appearance. She had previously used fillers and other injectables but wanted more significant improvements. Dr. Fechner performed a Face Lift with Facial Fat Grafting, a Neck Lift, Lip Lift, Chin Implant Surgery and Laser Resurfacing. At 6 months post-op the patient is very pleased with her results.
