This patient in her early seventies underwent a deep plane facelift, neck lift, buccal fat reduction, and CO2 laser skin resurfacing to address concerns of an aging face. The combination of these procedures resulted in a tighter, smoother skin, reduced facial folds, and an enhanced jawline and neck contour. Her after photo was taken six weeks post-op.
