This patient in her early fifties underwent a deep plane facelift, chin implant, buccal fat reduction, and upper blepharoplasty to address sagging skin after weight loss and asymmetry amongst her facial features. The combination of these procedures resulted in a refreshed and tightened look with a better sense of balance with the addition of the implant. Her after photo was taken eight weeks post-op.
