This patient in her later fifties underwent a deep plane facelift, neck lift, temple lift, and CO2 laser resurfacing to address signs of facial aging. The combination of these procedures resulted in a sculpted, refreshed look with a reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. Her after photo was taken three months post-op.
