This 71 year old woman came to our office with a desire for facial rejuvenation due to concerns about facial aging of the lower face and neck. Dr. Fechner performed a Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift, a modified Brow Lift and Facial Fat Grafting. The patient also received a face and neck peel. The patient was thrilled with her results and stated that she “was amazed at what Dr. Fechner was able to do for me.”
