This patient in his early sixties underwent an extended neck lift as well as an upper and lower blepharoplasty to address sagging skin around his eyes and neck. The combination of these procedures resulted in a crisper jawline and a reduction in hooding and bags around the eyes. His after photo was taken four months post-op.
