This is a 61 year old woman who came to our office wishing to reduce the fat under her chin and neck and improve laxity. She was treated with Coolmini on the submental fat in 2 areas by one of our highly trained Medical Aestheticians. The patient also was treated with Ultherapy on her lower face and neck to tighten the skin on her neck and under her chin. The results are amazing!
