An active supporter of the American Red Cross, Dr. Fechner also serves as a member of the Red Cross of Central Massachusetts Board of Directors. A true humanitarian, Dr. Fechner offers his time, talent and money to people in need here in Central Massachusetts as well as other parts of the world like his annual trip to Viet Nam where he provides state-of-the art plastic and reconstructive services to disadvantaged children and adults.
