It is not too late to start exercising in middle-age, because it appears that better physical fitness delays the onset of chronic disease to much later in life. You don’t have to be a super athlete either; 30 minutes of walking several days of the week will do! As Americans are living longer, exercise at any age can improve our quality of life so that we can enjoy those golden years as well!
