Convenient And Private Worcester, Massachusetts Location

Our facial plastic surgery office is situated in an elegant Georgian Colonial house on Worcester’s Shrewsbury Street. Private parking is conveniently available in the back of the office where you will also enter the office. Located in Central Massachusetts approximately 50 minutes West of Boston, Worcester is easy to get to from all areas of Massachusetts and New England. Most of our patients are within a two-hour driving radius from our Worcester office. The office is quickly accessible from I-90 (Mass. Pike), I-290, I-190 and I-495. If you are from further away, we recommend you to fly into Boston, Providence, Rhode Island or Manchester, New Hampshire. Arrangements with comfortable local hotels are available to you as desired; please contact our office in advance.

The goals of our facial procedures are to enhance and to rejuvenate. A change to your identity, though, is not desired, and therefore, any “extreme” surgery is not performed. The “natural look” is what we strive for. Dr. Fechner realizes that “tighter” is not always better, and less is sometimes more.
