Brieana Thomas
Registered Nurse
Brieana brings over 7 years of clinical experience as a Nurse.
As a full-time Aesthetic Nurse, she has performed thousands of procedures including injecting Dermal Fillers and Neurotoxins, sexual wellness procedures, laser resurfacing procedures, and more. She completed her Bachelor's degree locally from MCPHS and has multiple specialty certifications in Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, PRP procedures and Contouring with Kybella. She constantly seeks to perfect her skills and recently completed advanced training at Elite Academy.
Lindsey Landwherle
Nurse Practicioner
Lindsey Landwehrle is a Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years of clinical experience.
She comes to us from Boston, where she has treated thousands of patients with all kinds of injectables. Before concentrating on aesthetics, she worked as a nurse practitioner in internal medicine, where she spent time establishing an extensive clinical background, which also included expertise with weight loss medications. She has a Bachelor's degree from Bates College and her Master's in Nursing from Boston College.
Because of her interest in furthering her expertise, she completed Empire Medical Training in Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers and PRP treatments.
Jennifer Verdini
Medical Esthetician
Since 2011, Jennifer has been a vital part of the Fechner MD team, bringing extensive expertise in medical aesthetics. With advanced skills in photodamage repair, non-invasive facial rejuvenation, and body contouring, Jennifer is dedicated to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. She takes pride in assisting patients with post-surgical recovery care and ensuring long-term skin maintenance with a genuine passion for enhancing clients' well-being and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, Jennifer is a certified micropigmentation specialist specializing in scar camouflage and eyebrow-enhancing services.

Lisa Noel
Patient Advisor
Lisa joined Dr. Fechner’s practice in 2013 as a Front Desk Supervisor before leaving a 12-year management career in the spa industry. In 2016, she transitioned to the role of Patient Advisor, guiding our surgical patients on their journeys. She loves working with patients and aims to make their experience comfortable with her warm and caring nature. "In my 10-plus years at the practice, I've enjoyed building relationships with our patients. Watching how their surgical transformation positively impacts their confidence is heartwarming." Lisa is the proud mother of two daughters and five beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys traveling and spending summers at the beach, but spending time with her family is her greatest joy.
Lindsey Braga
Patient Advisor
Lindsey joined Dr. Fechner’s practice in 2018 as a Front Desk Coordinator and has also enjoyed filling in the role of Surgical Patient Advisor. She is a former Cheerleader for the 6x Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots and brings her cheery attitude to the Fechner team. Her past work in the wealth management and animal care fields provides Lindsey with extensive client relations experience, which she applies to her work with our patients.
Outside of the office, Lindsey enjoys being outdoors and exploring her favorite New England spots in Chatham, Newport & York Beach. Her happiness comes from time spent making memories with her husband Jason, daughters Lily and Lola, and their two pups, Chewy & Cha Cha.
Jessica Draper
Medical Esthetician
Jessica joined Dr. Fechner’s practice in 2019 as a Client Service Specialist and has transitioned into the Medical Spa as a Medical Aesthetician. Jessica came to our practice with a wealth of knowledge, having previously worked in sales and management in the aesthetics industry. She is passionate about skincare, and her main goal is to ensure that every patient has a positive experience as well as an amazing transformation. Since earning her Esthetics license as a graduate of Spa Tech Institute in December 2020, Jessica has developed her knowledge of the skin and has refined her skills in advanced aesthetic techniques. Jessica provides minimally and non-invasive facial and body treatments while using her experience as a patient coordinator to offer excellent customer service to patients from all backgrounds. Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, most importantly her dog Peanut! In her spare time, she loves to take spontaneous day trips, relax on Lake Waukewan in NH, and cook.
Tamika Brissett
Client Service Specialist
Tamika has been a dedicated Front Office Coordinator in the medical aesthetics field since 2016. With a passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals, Tamika excels in providing top-notch administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient. Her role involves a combination of patient-facing interactions and administrative duties, where her warm and approachable demeanor makes patients feel at ease. Tamika takes pride in assisting patients on the administrative side, guiding them through the process with efficiency and care. Always eager to take on new tasks and projects, Tamika continuously seeks opportunities to expand her skills and contribute to the success of her team. Her commitment to professional growth and patient care makes her an invaluable asset in the medical aesthetics community.
Penny McLaren
Practice Manager
“After climbing the corporate ladder for my first 10 years out of college, good fortune allowed me to become a stay-at-home mom and pursue certification in interior design, a secret passion. In 2004, the opportunity to once again apply my management skills presented itself, and I quickly became part of a small team expanding this practice in one of the fastest-growing fields of medicine — facial plastic surgery. While I was new to the healthcare industry, I found the experience and challenges to be nothing less than exciting and enormously fulfilling. It is a pleasure to work with a professional team that aims to deliver the highest level of personalized care for a wonderfully diverse group of patients and to make positive changes that impact people’s daily lives!”
Penny holds a BS in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA from WPI. She and her husband, Bob, have two children.
Elena Fechner
Business Manager
Elena joined the practice in 2012 to assist with the development of non-surgical and advanced treatment technologies in the office and to manage human resources and business operations. Although more “behind the scenes”, Elena enjoys interacting with all employees and patients alike. She comes from a 16-year-long career in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry and has brought strategic thinking and business skills with her to help guide the tremendous growth that the practice has seen.
In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and three children and experiencing the day-to-day pleasures of life with them! She likes cooking and horseback riding and is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Francesca Giani
Medical Assistant
Francesca has been a Medical Assistant since 2011 and joined the Fechner MD team in 2023. She was born and raised in Ireland and left for America in 1985. She has an immense passion for life and the care of others, which led her to an interest in a medical career. She is the perfect facilitator of the patient experience here, preparing patients for their procedures and ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed with ease. When Francesca isn’t in the office, you can find her being one with nature, practicing yoga, and spending time with her three daughters. Health and well-being play an important part in her life - along with good friends, good food, and wine!
Carla Gomez
Registered Nurse
Carla has been a registered nurse for 9 years, specializing in plastic surgery and aesthetics for 6 years, both here in Central Massachusetts and in her hometown, NYC. You will find Carla's smiling face assisting Dr. Fechner in the OR and guiding patients from pre-op to post-op. Carla lives right here in Worcester with her cat and dog. She enjoys being in nature, traveling, and visiting her family back home in NYC.
Allison Vecchiarello
Surgical Technician
Allison has been a surgical technician since 2007. She has a wide range of specialties, including vascular, OBGYN, Cataract, and Ocular plastics. Allison not only brings knowledge of sterile techniques but also treats her patients like family. When she started in late September 2023, Allison was a great asset to our team here at Fechner, MD.
In her spare time, which is few and far between, Allison and her husband of 25 years enjoy time with their four children and granddaughter. She has two dogs, Martha and June, along with a guinea pig named Millie and six chickens. Allison loves to hang out with friends and is always ready for the next adventure.
Tori Mack
Marketing/Media Specialist
Tori is a marketing and media specialist at our practice. She made a successful shift from customer service, where she began her career with us as a client service specialist, to the media and marketing sector. With a background in psychology and communications from Westfield State University, she leverages her understanding of client needs to create impactful strategies and engaging content. Outside of work, Tori enjoys working out, reading, and traveling to new destinations.
Ana Diaz
Surgical Nurse
Ana joined our team as a surgical nurse in early 2016. Prior to working with Dr. Fechner, Ana worked in a busy plastic surgery center for 3 years. She brings a wealth of nursing knowledge as well as the ability to care for our patients across the continuum of their surgical experience. Ana spends the majority of her time in our fully accredited surgery center, assisting Dr. Fechner and attending to patients. Ana enjoys working out, spending time outdoor,s and being with her two sons and two granddaughters.
Amanda Sakhat
Front Office Coordinator
Amanda is a dedicated professional with 3 years of hands-on experience in plastic surgery. Amanda's passion for her craft is evident in her commitment to delivering exceptional care to every patient she encounters. Beyond her surgical expertise, Amanda plays a vital role in maintaining our office's accreditation standards, ensuring that we uphold the highest level of quality and safety. Outside of work, Amanda finds joy in spending quality time with her family and indulging her creative side through baking. With 8 years of administrative experience, Amanda brings a wealth of organizational skills and attention to detail to her role, contributing to the smooth operation of our practice. Amanda's blend of passion, expertise, and personal interests make her an invaluable member of our team.
Jennifer Ferguson
Practice Management
Jennifer has been in Practice Management for over 20 years. She began her management career in the dental industry over 17 years ago before transitioning to the plastic surgery / med spa industry. She prides herself on her “growth based” approach to practice management. Her emphasis on continued growth extends into her personal life as well. Jennifer prioritizes health, fitness and mindset and believes that consistently showing up for yourself is the best way to show up for your team. When she’s not working in the office, Jennifer enjoys camping, refinishing old furniture pieces and spending time with her husband of 22 years and her two dogs.
Kelly Brinkerhoff
Client Service Specialist
Kelly joined Dr. Fechner’s practice in 2023 as a Client Service Specialist with 10 years of customer service experience as well as an administrative background. Kelly helps ensure patients have a great experience from check-in to check-out. She makes sure all appointments are scheduled correctly, and all questions are answered. Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her three children, Jaxson, Zayne, and Skye, as well as her golden retriever, Benny. Her hobbies include watching her son's hockey games, spending weekends in the cape, and cooking.
Diane Robinson
Media Specialist/Marketing Assistant
Diane joined our team in 2020 as a Media Specialist and Marketing Assistant. Diane graduated from Suffolk University in the spring of the same year with a degree in Media Studies and Film Production. Integrating her practical production skills with knowledge of the social media landscape, she focuses on creating dynamic content for the practice across all platforms. She works closely and collaboratively with providers to ensure a consistent practice-wide brand. Outside of the office, Diane enjoys working out, going to concerts, and spending time with her American Bully, Mack.
